Multiple Engagement Models

We have released the ability to create multiple custom engagement models. This allows users to account for different sub-sections of customers and potential customers. These engagement models will be accessible in the new Insights Engagement Dashboards.

Uses:

  • New model include new versus expansion sales

  • Different models for expansion or renewal

  • Different product line or business unit

 

Lists 2.0 (Campaign, Company and Custom)

Lists are a grouping of companies, campaigns, people, or other records that are identified using logic. For example, we can pull a list of companies that are in a certain region or a list of people with a specific title. Within lists, there are different settings you can toggle off and on or select to change the type of list you are building.

Uses:

  • Lists are the starting point for flows and they can be used to narrow your reports to a specific segment of accounts, people, or campaigns.

  • Custom lists are frequently used to manipulate existing raw data into standardized values then push that data back into your CRM. They use SQL to join in additional data or manipulate information into a new value.

  • Standard Company Lists are frequently used to identify a segment of accounts and narrow your dashboard to only present data that's relevant to a specific business unit or to determine how a targeted group of accounts is engaging with your brand. They use a configuration screen to narrow the list.
