Measuring the Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing costs often means wrangling data from multiple advertising platforms, incomplete details about campaign costs and uncertainty about the impact of recent strategies on overall pipeline contribution. 

CaliberMind’s Brand New ROI report has been completely reimagined from the ground up to provide insights, and answer questions that were previously difficult to resolve. The newest ROI report simplifies historical ROI analysis and surfaces real-time, actionable insights for optimizing budgets across marketing channels and campaigns. 

The key innovations that make these new reports work include: a brand new interface that allows customers to manually input budgets for any channel; and a unique take on the concept of a lookback window that will allow users to shorten the feedback loop between dollars invested and dollars attributed. Shortening the feedback loop makes it possible to compare performance over time for campaigns regardless of how recently the dollars were invested.

CaliberMind is excited to announce a brand new interface and set of reports in support of Funnels. These new reports benefit from our learnings from our first implementation and feedback gathered from active Funnels customers. These new reports not only place the most valuable information front and center for easy consumption, thanks to our new data architecture they can also answer questions that the original reports couldn’t.

Notably these new reports will uncover answers to the following questions:

  1. What does my funnel currently look like and how much pipeline exists by stage?

  2. How is movement through my funnel changing over time?

  3. Where in my funnel are journeys getting stuck?

  4. What specific events are causing journeys to advance through various stages of the funnel and what is appearing most frequently?

  5. How are important metrics such as stage conversion rates changing over time?

  6. What events have the biggest impact in advancing journeys through my funnel?

  1. Our Data Tables are getting an update in our reporting. Now you’ll be able to export the table you are viewing to csv.

  2. Admin users can now export the SQL powering our widgets. If you like our reports and want to use the same logic for your internal reporting tool you can now click the Copy SQL Icon.
